Through a combination of historical and archival research, computational processes, painting, and recycled materials, I create works that bring together the personal and the collective. These layered materials and methods allow me to trace fragments of memory while uncovering obscured histories and consider how cultural knowledge is preserved across generations. Conversations with my fathers and mothers serve as a focal point within my process of discovery.
